COVID-19 Announcement: 6 New Cases

Fullerton College has learned of six new cases of COVID-19 on-campus in the last two weeks of reporting cycles.

Students:

  • On Nov. 19, an asymptomatic student learned of their positive test results. They were last on campus on Nov. 19.
  • On Nov. 25, an asymptomatic student learned of their positive test results. They were last on campus on Nov. 23.
  • On Nov. 27, a student learned of their positive test results. They began experiencing symptoms on Nov. 24 and was last on campus on Nov. 24.
  • On Nov. 29, a student learned of their positive test results. They began experiencing symptoms on Nov. 29 and was last on campus on Nov. 23.
  • On Nov. 30, a student learned of their positive test results. They began experiencing symptoms on Nov. 28 and was last on campus on Nov. 22.

Employee:

  • On Nov. 27, an employee learned of their positive test results. They began experiencing symptoms on Nov. 24 and was last on campus on Nov. 24.

Fullerton College aims to release information about on-campus COVID exposures on a weekly basis if an exposure occurred in the week prior. In the event anyone is directly impacted by an exposure or a potential exposure on campus, they will receive guidance from the college before and apart from the public announcements.

Spring Registration and the Vaccine Mandate

All students are eligible to enroll in online classes for the spring semester. Students with a verified vaccine record on file in MyGateway or students with an approved exemption may take classes on-campus as well.
