In the last reporting period, Fullerton College has learned that a student taking in-person classes and three onsite essential employees tested positive for COVID-19 between December 8 and December 16.
The college conducted detailed contact tracing for each case in accordance with published CDC guidelines. In each case, symptoms developed several days after their last time on campus. While on campus, they practiced mask-wearing and social distancing was maintained. After reviewing each case, it was determined that there was a low risk of exposure to others.
In the event anyone is directly impacted by an exposure or a potential exposure on campus, they will receive guidance from the college before and apart from the public announcements.
